The VPN client automatically sets our Domain Name Servers. But if you need to manually set it, here’s how to do it:

1. Go to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center\Advanced sharing settings
2. Locate the TAP Adapter and Right Click it.
3. Select Properties.
4. Select TCP/IPv4 and click Properties.

5. Add our two DNS addresses 107.191.44.216 and 138.68.68.197 .

6. Click OK.

If you have followed the above-mentioned steps and are still facing issues please follow these instructions:

1. Connect to your VPN
2.  Run then cmd promt command.
3.  Run

    nslookup Netflix.com 

   .
4. Printscreen and send to Customer Support.
